This Privacy Policy explains how B4MBA.com (“Basics for Management and Business Administration.com”, “Eightb Limited”, “we” or “us”) collect, use and share personally identifiable information of visitors of our web site and users of our products and services (the “Services”). Please note that the primary purpose of our site and the Services it to allow you to enroll and take online courses on a variety of courses and lessons. By using the Site, Services, lessons, or courses you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable Site Information and lesson/course Information, as applicable, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  1. Users and Learners.

B4MBA.com requires its users and learners to be at least 13 years old before they can create an account to purchase and access our content (learning resources). Our courses are targeted at users (learners) that are adults with a reasonable level of legal capacity to enter a contract (browse a list of courses, decide which meets their needs, and authorize payment/make a purchase). This process will involve collecting information from a user/learner. But, we recognize that the information age encourages all inquisitive minds regardless of age especially Non-Adults (“children”). So, we take the privacy interests of Non-Adults (children) seriously and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. We do not knowingly collect personal information from Non-Adults. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a Non-Adult, we will delete such information. Children under the age of 13 may not register for an account or register for or purchase Courses. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the Services with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian.

We also reserve the right to transfer your personally identifiable information to a successor (partner) entity in the evidence of a merger, consolidation, or legal reorganization of the business operations. Our Site, your use of the Site, and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
