Process analysts are typically specialists, the role is responsible for finding gaps in a particular business process – the gaps are typically complex problems. The main role of a process analyst is to recommend solutions that will make the process more effective, efficient, and/or economical.

  • Use visual diagrams to document business process information
  • Identifying and analyzing the capability of a process for a particular business function
