Course Overview
This course provides sound training to prepare for a professional project management certification examination in PRINCE2. it introduces the most common 7 process groups used to accomplish managing projects successfully. The session presents the flow of activities within the processes from the mandate for starting a project, through stage boundaries, to closing a project. It also introduces the defined roles and responsibilities used to support the processes. There are also some challenges included to help you check your understanding.
