Business Lab The business lab includes exercises, simulations, and scenarios that will allow you to apply the ideas shared in this course and develop the required skills in the following areas:Business analysis is performed as a variety of initiatives to add value to a business’s current processes and/or activities. The initiatives may be driven by strategic needs, compliance, or to support operational requirements. It is typically performed as projects, a portfolio of projects, or a transformation programme where the need for continuous improvement is imperative.
