It is an introduction to the tools, techniques and approach used in the agile methodology to accomplish managing projects successfully. The course presents the terminologies, the processes that encourage stakeholder involvement, feedback loops, progress metrics, and effective controls. It also introduces methodologies that help reduce the cost of change throughout the project’s lifecycle. There are also some practical challenges included to help you check your understanding.
