Introduction to business strategy

The business environment is forever changing, organisations develop a strategy so that they qualify to compete, win orders and/or create value that attracts customers. The world of strategy is fascinating, what constitutes a winning strategy can be difficult to articulate because in many cases, it is more an emergence rather than intended/planned.

The aim of this session is to introduce 3 key components of strategy management and the techniques, models and framework within each component.
