Project Managers are responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of projects (handing over to operations). They make sure projects are completed on time, within budget, and that the objectives are met. Depending on the size, nature, and industry of the projects, responsibilities will vary. As a profession, it offers a wide range of transferrable skills, with a clear career path and lots of scope for growth and development.

  • Scoping, writing SMART objectives, creating performance scorecards

  • Generally, good problem solving and decision-making skills
